Returns

Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your order was delivered, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with all accessories (if applicable).

To complete your return, we require your Order ID to be on the shipping label or enclosed inside.

When to return a product?

We offer you a replacement, refund where products have a major failure, such as:

  • When they are faulty or damaged on arrival
  • Different from what is shown on the website

Where to return a product?

You can initiate the return process by sending an email to returns@jerseyloop.comOur returns department will guide you further and generate RMA for your return.

Wrong/Damaged Item Delivery:

In cases when the received item is not as shown on our store or is damaged during transit. The buyer is eligible for free returns and full refund within 14 days return window.

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/REFUND

if there is no valid reason for your return. valid reasons include

a) product is damaged

b) You received a different product

Customer Remorse (when the customer purchased the wrong product, it doesn’t fit, or they no longer want the item.) returns are not eligible.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email to notify you we’ve approved your return and refunded/authorised a replacement, or that we have rejected your return.

Please allow 5 working days for us to process your return.

Method of Refund

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. This depends on your bank, but is usually within 2-3 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items returned to sender due to being incorrectly addressed

If carrier return the item back to us due to it being incorrectly addressed or refused at delivery, we reserve the right to deduct the postage cost from your refund. This is due to our couriers still charging us the full cost.

Special Deal items

Only regular, new items may be refunded. Items sold as Special Deal may not be returned.

Damaged / Defective / Incorrect Goods

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you. Please email us at returns@jerseyloop.com

What is your return procedure If I’m not pleased about the service?

In most cases we do not allow returns for cases where customer changes his mind – we have handling, shipping and payment processing costs on each order we send.

When returns are allowed, there is an 30% restocking fee taken out for returns that are not caused by damage or defective product. Here are the packing guidelines for your product:

  • Make sure to pack the items properly into a box.
  • Place the mailing label in a square pattern on the label side on the parcel, covering any previous delivery address or barcodes without overlapping any adjacent side.
  • Make use of the address provided and attach the correct number of stamps.
  • You can ship your package to the closest post office or any shipping service you prefer.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@jerseyloop.com requesting an exchange. Please note, for exchange/replacement is only available when the order delivered is defective or damaged or have a quality issue (you will be required to provide photo proof of the damage or defect).

As soon as we know about the issue, we will send out a replacement for the same item and there will be no additional cost to you in this case.

Wrong Size

Please make sure you select the correct size of the shirt when placing your order. Orders with sizing issues (does not fit or too lose) may not be returned as it is your repressibility to order correctly.

In cases when we allow the return of wrong sized shirt, the shipping fee and additional 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

Cancellation:

For cancelling your order, you should email to support@jerseyloop.com within 24 hours of placing the order. All orders are shipped within 1-3 days time and once shipped, it is has not possible to recall/cancel the order.

How to request a return or a refund?

Send us an email at returns@jerseyloop.com requesting for a return, refund or an exchange of the product. Our returns department will guide you further regarding shipping and secure packaging of the package.

Lost/delayed orders

Although rare, deliveries may be delayed or lost by couriers.

In cases of delay, there will be no compensation payable, unless Express Shipping method is used, in which case we can refund the cost of delivery paid.

For a package to be considered lost, we follow Carrier’s claim policy which states we need to allow 10 working days (Mon-Fri) since the item was due to be delivered. After this time, we can lodge a lost item claim with the courier. It usually takes 1-2 weeks for investigation and decision.

We won’t be able to re-send or refund you until the claim is approved by the courier. This is to avoid instances of the item being located after a refund is issued.

Delivery Charge on Returning Goods

In cases when the product delivered is damaged or defective, there is no need for a return, we will ship replacement for that product without any cost to you.

Products Returned Exceeding the Cancellation Period

You are allowed upto 14 days from date of delivery to inform us about any issues regarding your order and initiate a return. After 14 days have past, unfortunately, no returns or refunds can be initiated.
