JerseyLoop ("we," "us") operates the alumni directory and social platform at jerseyloop.com. Each athletic program ("organization") is a separate community. Program staff control invites and roster data for their organization.

• Account data: email address, password (stored hashed), and session cookies that keep you signed in.
• Profile and membership: name, class year, bio, location, roster fields, engagement survey answers, and other fields members and staff add to the directory.
• Contact details: phone and social links when a member chooses to make them visible to other members.
• Program content: posts, comments, reactions, attachments, events, RSVPs, and staff-authored game reports.
• Operational data: sign-in times, notification preferences, and logs needed to run and secure the service.

• Provide the directory, feed, schedule, events, and admin tools members expect.
• Send transactional email you or your program request (invites, password reset, event reminders, optional new-post alerts) through our email provider.
• Run staff-only features such as roster import and AI-assisted pro career enrichment when enabled for an organization.
• Protect the service, debug issues, and comply with law.

We do not sell personal information.

Directory access is limited to members of the same organization. Phone numbers and social links stay hidden unless a member opts in. Staff with admin roles can manage roster and membership data for their program.

We use infrastructure providers to host the application, store files (for example avatars and post attachments), and deliver email. They process data on our instructions under appropriate agreements.

We use essential cookies and similar storage to maintain your login session and secure the app. We do not use third-party advertising cookies on the product.

We keep information while your account and organization memberships are active and as needed for backups, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Programs may remove members or content according to their policies and our admin tools.

• Update profile and privacy settings inside the app.
• Adjust email notification preferences where the product offers them.
• Contact your program staff or email us to request access, correction, or deletion where applicable.

The service is intended for alumni and program staff, not children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated policy.
