By creating an account, accepting an invite, or using JerseyLoop, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of a program, you confirm you have authority to bind that program where applicable.

JerseyLoop provides organization-scoped alumni directories, social feeds, schedules, events, and related tools. Features may change over time. We try to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.

• Access is invite-based per program unless we offer self-serve signup for your org.
• Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us of suspected misuse.
• Program owners and admins are responsible for invites, roster accuracy, and how they use member data.

You agree not to:

• Harass others, post unlawful content, or impersonate someone else.
• Scrape, probe, or overload the service without permission.
• Attempt to access another organization's private directory or admin tools.
• Use the platform for spam or unrelated commercial solicitation.

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us and your organization a license to host, display, and distribute that content within the service (for example showing your post to other members of your program). You represent that you have the rights to content you upload.

Some organizations may use staff-only import or AI-assisted enrichment. Output from those tools may require human review before publication. You are responsible for verifying information before it appears on profiles or public program surfaces.

The service is provided "as is." We disclaim warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for conduct of members, third-party links, or off-platform interactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JerseyLoop and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.

You may stop using the service at any time. We or your program admin may suspend or remove access for violation of these terms or for operational reasons. Provisions that should survive termination (including limitations of liability) will survive.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law rules, except where prohibited by law.

We may update these terms. We will post the revised version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Material changes may also be communicated through the product or email where appropriate.
